Don't answer the phone, it might be The Stork!

Just when I felt that I was going to be revisiting my studio soon, along comes The Stork!

What on earth is she talking about? You ask? well... apparently if you are asking your momma didn't have the talk with you about the birds and the bees!

See the bees buzz around the world spying and collecting information which they take back to, well, someone. (Hey I didn't really listen much growing up) anyway... The bees tell the storks who is in need of a special blessing in their life and then THE STORK delivers a brand new little person as that blessing.  What? Isn't that they way you were told?

Okay well, whatever you believe about the birds and bees, our home recently received a visit from The Stork last Thursday. Well, there goes any thoughts I had about getting back into the studio anytime soon.  Hehe oh well, I am down for some baby cuddles.

So dear readers, I will update when I can but for now I'm rocking that baby and babies don't keep!  ;)

Mother, O' Mother, come shake out your cloth,
Empty the dustpan, poison the moth.
Hang out the washing, make up the bed,
Sew on a button and butter the bread.

Where is the mother whose house is so shocking?
She's up in the nursery, blissfully rocking.

Oh, I've grown as shiftless as Little Boy Blue,
Lullaby, rockaby, lullaby loo.
Dishes are waiting and bills are past due,
Pat-a-cake, darling, and peek - peekaboo.

The shopping's not done and there's nothing for stew,
And out in the yard there's a hullabaloo.
But I'm playing Kanga and this is my Roo.
Look! Aren't his eyes the most wonderful hue?
Lullaby, rockaby, lullaby loo.

The cleaning and scrubbing can wait till tomorrow,
But children grow up, as I've learned to my sorrow.
So quiet down cobwebs; Dust go to sleep!
I'm rocking my baby and babies don't keep.
